Tuscany is owned by David Townsley, his girlfriend Debbie Adamson and key partner Ali Khedri

The head chef is Steve McCann, an experienced chef with a true passion for Mediterranean cuisine.

Front of house is managed by Michelle Bode who has worked in a range of restaurants across the region including Sidneys in Tynemouth.
