Tuscany is owned by David Townsley, his girlfriend Debbie Adamson and key partner Ali Khedri

The head chef is Mark Lawler, a North Easterner with over twenty years of experience in the trade and a true passion for Mediterranean cuisine. Mark’s previous positions include La Stella (Newcastle), Queens Head Hotel (Morpeth), Mamma Rosa and Bruno’s (Cullercoats). Mark joined Tuscany in June 2007.

Front of house is managed by Michelle Bode who has worked in a range of restaurants across the region including Sidneys in Tynemouth.

Tuscany’s aim is simply to provide classic Italian dishes with a contemporary edge in stylish and comfortable surroundings with excellent service that makes you want to visit us time and time again!
