Michelle Bode – Restaurant manager

Michelle joined the team at Tuscany in April 2007.

Before this she worked at Sidney’s Restaurant in Tynemouth for two and a half years.

Michelle studied hospitality administration and organisation at college, and then decided to take part in a work exchange programme.

Michelle spent three months in York working at the Hilton and moved to Newcastle in July 2004.

What you didn’t know about Michelle: “I am originally from Germany and have been in the UK for four years. My parents own a Restaurant in Germany, so I grew up in the catering industry, and developed a real passion for great food.”
