Jessica Thompson – Assistant Restaurant manager

Jessica joined the Tuscany team in March 2007.

Jessica grew up in Wiltshire where she started work in the hospitality trade at 13.

After she finished school, Jessica's first job was in a well established hotel in Dorset. Working at The Crown Hotel for five years she was trained in all aspects of the busy hotel and catering business. Jessica worked her way up the ladder and was made Assistant manager of the hotel’s café bar.

Jessica is currently studying for her NVQ level 3 in hospitality.

Jessica’s secret: “ As a working mother with two little girls my life at work must be organised. With careful planning and time keeping I manage to balance work, motherhood and studying quite well.”
