Scott Greenwood, Second Chef

Scott is originally from North Shields and is now studying for his NVQ level 3 while working as Sous Chef at Tuscany.

Scott started work at Sidney’s Restaurant in Tynemouth whilst at college and worked there as Commis Chef for a year before moving to Blackfriars restaurant in Newcastle. After staying there for a year, Scott moved to work at Brunos restaurant and Mama Rosa’s in Cullercoats and stayed there for two years before moving to Scalinis in Jesmond to work as Chef de Partie.

Scott started at Tuscany in Summer 2007 as Chef de Partie before being promoted to Sous Chef. In his spare time Scott enjoys going to the cinema, playing football and swimming.

What you didn’t know about Scott: “I’m one of the best high board divers in the UK. I’ve travelled all over the country taking part in national competitions with Tynemouth Diving Club and came number 5 in the UK.”
